EXERCISE THERAPY

On your initial visit, a musculoskeletal screen will be performed, and a plan will be developed to address your needs and goals.

SERVICES OFFERED:

  • Passive Manual Stretching Session
  • Individualized Strengthening Program
  • Pre-Op Strengthening
  • Osteopenia/Osteoporosis Exercises
  • Trigger Point Releases (including Dry Needling)
  • Kinesio Tape for Muscle Re-Education
  • Visceral (organ) Mobilization for constipation and abdominal pain

Forms of Payment
Price per session: $50.00 for 50 minutes.
Dry Needling Session: $55.00 for 50 minutes.

Sorry, No credit cards. I only accept cash or checks. Fee for returned checks is $25.00.
Payment is due at time of service.
I am available Monday through Friday. By Appointment only.
